Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your item is fulfilled by us to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

How do I return my order?

  2. Our team will reply with instructions and shipping guidelines.
  3. Please send your unused product back.
  4. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, if approved, you will be issued a refund for the cost of the products minus shipping costs to your original payment method.
  5. We will notify you of this status.
  6. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. This can take 5-7 business days.


A refund may be rejected if:

  • It is received after more than 14 days after your item was delivered.
  • Goods are used or damaged.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
